| A Different Night: The Family Participation Haggadah is the best haggadah available if you're looking for a creative, participatory seder. Published in 1997, it has sold over 140,000 copies, making it the best selling self-published haggadah in history. It has transformed thousands of seder evenings throughout North America (including my own). The red-covered "Compact Edition" covers the same territory but at a lower price. Either haggadah offers a full menu of art, commentary, and discussion starters, as well as easy-to-follow directions and the full traditional haggadah text with translation and much transliteration. | ||||||||||
| Other great Pesach items — If you're a Hebrew speaker, or for an Israeli in your family, Halaila Hazeh is the new bestselling Israeli haggadah, published last year, an Israeli haggadah that starts where A Different Night left off. The Plagues Bag is a sure hit with small children — buy one and make your own! And The Interactive Haggadah puts it all on your computer — newly updated [PC only] version. | ||||||||||
