THE ACCESSIBLE — AND ADAPTABLE — SIDDUR.
Shabbat morning only — full traditional service, beautifully laid out — with linear translation and transliteration, explanations and commentaries.
Siddur Hallel v'Zimrah was developed by Beth El-The Heights Synagogue (traditional-egalitarian) for use in its weekly shabbat morning service, to replace the Birnbaum siddur. Features include:
• Transliteration of anything that is ever sung out loud
• Directions, commentaries for many prayers
• Imahot in Amidah offered as alternative, next to traditional version
• Alternative prayer for korbanot without bloodshed, also next to traditional version
This siddur is made to be adaptable to you shul. If you like it and wish to use it, we can do a printing with your rabbi's commentaries; other deletions and additions as you see fit.
