This is a Shabbat Morning Siddur, created for Congregation Beth El-The Heights Synagogue in Cleveland Hts., Ohio. BETHS is a Traditional Egalitarian congregation, whose rabbi, Moshe Adler, has Orthodox smicha but leads a congregation that recognizes women and men as equals. They wanted a siddur that reflected that, but was also accessible with lots of transliteration and explanations/commentary from the rabbi. 188pp, spiral bound for easy use. Features Rabbi Adler’s introduction, and story, “The Curse of Blessings,” by Rabbi Mitch Chefitz.
